Program description: When opted-in, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) to your mobile number. These kinds of messages may include response to a quote, estimate, or service inquiry, real-time texts to ask and answer questions about our services and pricing, appointment scheduling and confirmations, feedback requests, project updates, follow up.
Program frequency: You can expect to receive 10 messages per month from us.
Opt out: You can opt out of this service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the phone number. After you text “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text “START,” and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

This promotional offer (“Offer”) is subject to the following terms and conditions:
Offer Details
This $2,199 package includes one standard kitchen countertop project consisting of:
• One (1) full slab of selected stone material
• One (1) standard undermount sink
• All template, fabrication, and installation labor
Slab Limitations
The promotional price applies only to projects that can be completed using a single slab. Projects requiring more than one slab are subject to additional material and fabrication charges, which will be quoted separately.
Exclusions
Demolition of existing countertops, plumbing disconnections/reconnections, backsplash upgrades, edge upgrades, cutouts beyond standard sink, and other optional services are not included in the promotional price and may be added for an additional cost.
Material Availability
Offer is valid only on select in-stock materials. Availability may vary and is subject to change.
Non-Transferable & No Combinations
This offer is non-transferable and may not be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.
Time & Location Restrictions
Offer valid for residential installations only and within our standard service area. Additional fees may apply for projects located outside this zone.
Modifications and Termination
Sanford Granite reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
Booking Requirement
To qualify, the project must be booked and deposit paid during the active promotion period. Pricing is locked in only upon signed agreement and receipt of deposit.
